成人大脑中央前沟在冠状断面上的定位

目的 :探索大脑中央前沟在冠状断面上的准确定位。方法 :采用冠状断层标本与相应MRI图像对照观察、统计的方法。结果 :1 在豆状核首次出现断面上 ,中央前沟的出现率左侧 3 3 %、右侧 3 0 %。在中央前沟首次出现断面上 ,豆状核的出现率左侧 97%、右侧 1 0 0 %。 2 在前连合断面上 ,中央前沟的出现率左、右侧均为 87% ,且位于大脑半球额叶上外侧面中点附近。 3 在中央前沟消失、中央旁小叶前部出现的断面上 ,中央前回的髓突粗大而饱满 ,出现率左侧 70 %、右侧 80 %。结论 :1 中央前沟首次出现在豆状核及内囊前肢出现而前连合及背侧丘脑尚未出现的 1～ 2个断面上。 2 前连合层面 ,中央前沟位于大脑半球额叶上外侧面中点附近。 3 当中央前回髓支粗大饱满、中央旁小叶前部出现时 ,中央前沟消失

Localization of adult cerebral precentral sulcus on coronal section

Objective:To investigate the accurate localization of the precentral sulcus in adults.Methods:The comparison of MR images with serial coronal sections of the brains was made.Results:(1) On the section lenticular nucleus firstly appeared,the appearing rate of the precentral sulcus was 33% on the left side and 30% on the right;However,on the section the precentral sulcus firstly appeared,the appearing rate of the lenticular nucleus was 97% on the left side and 100% on the right.(2) On the section through anterior commissure,the appearing rate of the precentral sulcus was 87% on the both sides;otherwise,it was seen at about midpoint of the superolateral surface of the frontal lobe.(3) On the section that precentral sulcus disappeared and paracentral lobule appeared,the medullary branches of the precentral gyrus became thick and plump.Conclusion:The precentral sulcus appears on the 1 2 sections that the lenticular nucleus and anterior limb of internal capsule appear but the anterior commissure and dorsal thalamus doesn't appear.The precentral sulcus is around the midpoint of the superolateral surface of the frontal lobe on the section through the anterior commissure.The precentral sulcus disappears on the section that the medullary branches of precentral gyrus looks thick and plump and paracentral lobule appears.
