老年人健康状况与吸烟关系的分析

目的 研究吸烟对老年人健康状况的影响及相互关系。方法 对福州市军队１０８４例年龄≥６０岁老年人的吸烟和健康状况进行流行病学调查，采用问卷访问和体格检查相结合的方法获得数据，应用ＳＰＳＳ软件包进行统计分析。结果 １０８４例老年人中有吸烟行为者７８０例（７１．９６％）；目前吸烟者３４０例（３１．３７％）；吸烟量随着年龄的增长而逐渐增加；吸烟量和烟龄与健康状况密切相关。结论 大力普及健康教育，强化戒烟意

The influence factors analysis of smoking on the health status of elderly people

Objective To study the influential factors and their mutual relations of smoking on health status of elderly population Methods Epidemiology investigation on the smoking and health status was carried out in 1084 cases whose age is 60 or above in Fuzhou area army by using questionnaire and health checkup to acquire the data Results In 1084 cases,780 cases (71 96%) were smoking in the past;now the smoker are 340 (31 37%) Smoking quantity increase with the age growing;smoking quantity and smoking duration are closely related to the health status Conclusions Popularizing educations of stopping smoking and keeping health will help to improve the health level and the quality of elderly people
