| 摘 要： | 本文报道雷公藤Ｔ４组分对血管内皮细胞增殖及产生白细胞介素－６（ＩＬ－６）的影响研究，将人脐带静脉血管内皮细胞与Ｔ４不同剂量（２．５，５，１０和２０ｎｇ／ｍｌ）一起培养２４小时，ＭＴＴ比色法测定发现，Ｔ４浓度为２０ｎｇ／ｍｌ时显著抑制内皮细胞的增殖（Ｐ＜０．０５），经ＥＬＩＳＡ法显示，Ｔ４浓度５ｎｇ／ｍｌ时始显著抑制内皮细胞产生ＩＬ－６（Ｐ＜０．０５）。这些抑制作用与Ｔ４剂量呈依赖趋势。

| Abstract: | 4 is a single active ingredient recently prepared from Tripterygium wilfordii hook and it was found to have anti-inflammatory and immunosuppresive actions in experimental animals.In this papert the effects of T4 on theproduction of Interleukin-6(IL-6)and proliferation by/of endothelial cells of human umbilical vein were studied.The cells were incubated with diffetent doses of T4 (2.5,5,10 and 20ng/ml )for 24 hours.The results showedthat T4 at concentration of 2Ong/ml considerably inhibited the proliferation of endothelial cells as measured byMTT colorimetric method(P< 0.05);that by ELISA T4 at concentration of 5 ng/ml significantly reduced theproduction of IL-6 by endothelial cells(P <0.05).The action of T4 was in a dose depandent trend;The signifi-cance of T4 action was discussed. |
