| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨 1 :2 :3置换液血浆置换治疗血栓性血小板减少性紫癜 (TTP)的疗效。方法 用COBESpectra血细胞分离机 ,按胶体液、晶体液、血浆的比例为 1 :2 :3对 1 2例TTP病人进行血浆置换。 结果 存活者临床症状消失 ,血小板和血红蛋白升高、血片中破碎红细胞以及血肌酐、尿素氮恢复正常。结论 1 :2 :3置换液血浆置换是治疗TTP较为经济、有效的治疗方法 ,近期疗效可靠。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the effect of the plasma exchange in the treatment of TTP with 1:2:3 exchange liquid. Methods 12 cases of TTP were treated with 1:2:3 plasma exchange using COBE Spectra blood separator. Plasma exchange(PE) was performed with fresh frozen plasma every other day,and median of PE was 3 times. The total exchange volume was (2976±26.4) ml.Results Plasma exchange could raise the level of platelet and Hb,reduce the level of broken red blood cells and keep the Cr, BUN normal. Conclusion PE is an effective therapy for TTP with 1: 2: 3 exchange liquid. |
