| 摘 要： | 目的探讨性早熟儿童骨矿含量的变化．．方法1995年5月～2004年12月对符合诊断标准的372例性早熟儿童进行桡骨骨矿含量的测定，对照组选自郑州市区同龄健康儿。结果两组骨矿含量和骨面密度比较均有显著差异（P〈0．05），性早熟惠儿骨矿含量和骨面密度较健康正常儿童明显减低。结论性早熟儿童骨矿物质含量低于健康同龄儿，因此性早熟患儿应积极补充钙荆，加强营养。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the change of bone mineral content(BMC) and bone mineral density(BMD) in children with precocious puberty. Methods 372 patients with precocious puberty were enrolled in the study.The BMC and BMD of radius in patients and in healthy children were measured from May 1995 to December 2004.Results The BMC and BMD of these patients with precocious puberty were lower significantly than that of the healthy children(P<0.05).Conclusion The BMC and BMD of patients with precocious puberty were lower than healthy children.It is suggested that the patients with precocious puberty should be given oral calcium in addition. |
