淋巴细胞主动免疫治疗在胚胎反复移植失败中的疗效研究

目的:探讨淋巴细胞主动免疫治疗在胚胎反复移植失败中的疗效。方法:对94例反复种植失败且封闭抗体阴性的病例进行回顾性分析,将病例分为研究组(免疫治疗组)58例,为进行淋巴细胞主动免疫治疗的病例;对照组(非免疫治疗组)36例,为未进行淋巴细胞主动免疫治疗病例,对比两组的妊娠率、流产率及种植率。结果:研究组的妊娠率、种植率为55.17%、11.11%明显高于对照组34.54%、9.09%(P<0.05),流产率未出现明显下降(P>0.05)。结论:淋巴细胞主动免疫治疗对提高反复种植失败患者的妊娠结局有较好的临床应用价值。

Effect of initiative immunotherapy with lymphocytes on repeated implantation failure

Objective:To investigate the effect of initiative immunotherapy with lymphocytes on repeated implantation failure. Methods:94 cases lacking blocking antibodies from January 2010 to December 2012 diagnosed with repeated implantation failure in our hospital had been retrospectively analyzed.The patients were divided into study group(immunotherapy group,including 58 cases,which had been performed immunotherapy) and control group(none immunotherapy group,including 36 cases,which had not been performed immunotherapy).Pregnancy rate,abortion rate and implantation rate of two groups were compared. Results:The pregnancy rate and implantation rate of study group were significantly higher than those of control group(55.17% vs 11.11%,34.54% vs 9.09%,P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference in the miscarriage rate(12.50% vs 50%,P >0.05). Conclusion:Immunotherapy with lymphocytes in women lacking blocking antibodies which diagnosed with repeated implantation failure may improve the outcome of pregnancy and has credible curative effect and application value.
