摘 要: | 目的:探讨四腔心平面与九平面联合彩超在诊断胎儿先天性心脏病(CHD)中的不同价值。方法:回顾性总结、分析59例胎儿CHD采用四腔心平面与九平面联合彩超检查的阳性诊断符合率、漏诊率及差异性。结果:四腔心平面联合彩超检出41例有阳性表现,声像阳性部位58个(真阳性部位57个);九平面联合彩超检出CHD 59例、阳性部位126个(真阳性部位125个)。四腔心平面与九平面诊断CHD符合21例,四腔心平面联合彩超对胎儿心脏声像阳性部位的检出率仅是九平面联合彩超对胎儿心脏声像阳性部位检出率的45.6%。结论:四腔心平面对复杂CHD不能做出准确诊断,九平面联合彩超提高了CHD产前诊断的检出率和准确性。

Comparative study on different views combined with color ultrasound in diagnosis of fetal congenital heart diseases |

Abstract: | Objective:To explore the different values of four-chamber view combined with color ultrasound and nine-consecutive scanning plane combined with color ultrasound in diagnosis of fetal congenital heart diseases(CHD).Methods:The positive diagnostic coincidence rate,the rate of missed diagnosis,and difference of four-chamber view combined with color ultrasound and nine-consecutive scanning plane combined with color ultrasound in 59 cases with fetal CHD were summarized and analyzed retrospectively.Results:Forty-one patients were found with positive manifestations by four-chamber view combined with color Doppler ultrasonography,58 positive positions were found(including 57 true positive positions);59 patients with CHD were detected by nine-consecutive scanning plane combined with color Doppler ultrasonography,126 positive positions were found(including 125 true positive positions).The diagnosis of four-chamber view combined with color Doppler ultrasonography and diagnosis of nine-consecutive scanning plane combined with color Doppler ultrasonography were coincident in 21 patients,the detection rate of positive positions of fetal heart by four-chamber view combined with color Doppler ultrasonography accounted for 45.6% of that by nine-consecutive scanning plane combined with color Doppler ultrasonography.Conclusion:The patients with complex CHD can't be diagnosed accurately with four-chamber view,nine-consecutive scanning plane combined with color Doppler ultrasonography improve the detection rate and accuracy of prenatal diagnosis of CHD. |
