农村已婚育龄妇女健康状况及保健意识调查

目的:了解高邮农村地区已婚育龄妇女的健康现状及保健意识,为加强基层医疗机构服务、促进妇女健康、合理配置卫生资源提供依据。方法:采取多阶段分层随机抽样方法抽取农户,采用自行设计调查问卷对585名已婚育龄妇女进行调查。结果:受访育龄妇女两周患病率为14.5%,慢性病患病率为7.9%,住院率为5.1%。调查前一年妇科检查率为91.6%,乳腺癌、宫颈癌检查率为47.9%。结论:需提升育龄妇女对乳腺癌、宫颈癌检查重要性的认知,加强乡村两级医疗机构的项目检查和检验水平。医生/医疗机构的健康教育作用对农村妇女的影响不容忽视,应加强乡村两级医疗机构健康咨询服务。

Investigation on health status and health care consciousness of rural married women of childbearing age

Objective:To understand the health current situation and health care consciousness of married women of childbearing age in rural area of Gaoyou city,and provide a basis for strengthening service in basic medical institutions,promoting maternal health,and reasonably allocate health source.Methods:Multistage stratified random sampling method was used to select investigation objects,a self-designed questionnaire was used to survey 585 married women of childbearing age.Results:The two-week prevalence rate was 14.5%,the prevalence rate of chronic diseases was 7.9%,the hospitalization rate was 5.1%.The examination rate in previous year of investigation was 91.6%,the examination rate of breast cancer and cervical cancer was 47.9%.Conclusion:The cognition of women of childbearing age to importance of examination of breast cancer and cervical cancer should be improved,and the examination items and test levels of medical institutions at village level should be enhanced.The effect of health education role of doctors/medical institutions on rural women can't be ignored,health consultation service of medical institutions at village level should be strengthened.
