多囊卵巢综合征患者疾病认知度调查分析

目的:对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者进行疾病相关知识的认知度调查,以便了解患者对疾病诊治的顺应性。方法:采用调查问卷形式对PCOS患者进行整群抽样调查。结果:98例患者中,BMI≥24者占85.7%,57.1%有糖尿病家族史;20.4%对疾病有较全面认识,29.6%(29/98)患者部分了解,50.0%(49/98)患者无了解或存在错误认识;对疾病无认识的患者中42.9%不接受OGTT和IRT检查,明显比对疾病有全面或部分认识的患者(22.4%)高(P=0.031);100.0%的患者希望通过专科医生的解释了解病情、诊断及治疗方案。结论:PCOS患者疾病相关知识欠缺,甚至有错误认识,导致接受治疗的依从性较低;应加强对患者疾病相关知识的健康教育工作,提高治疗依从性,防止远期并发症的发生。

Investigation and analysis on cognition degree of patients to polycystic ovary syndrome

Objective:To investigate the cognition degree of patients to related knowledge of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS),in order to understand the compliance of patients to diagnosis and treatment of the disease.Methods:A questionnaire was used to survey PCOS patients.Results:Among 98 patients,the proportion of patients with body mass index(BMI) ≥ 24 accounted for 85.7%,57.1% of them had family history of diabetes mellitus;20.4% of them had relatively comprehensive cognition to the disease,29.6%(29/98) of them understood the disease partially,and 50.0%(49/98) of them didn't understand the disease or had wrong understanding;among the patients having no cognition to the disease,42.9% of them didn't receive OGTT and IRT,the proportion was statistically significantly higher than that among the patients having integrate or partial cognition to the disease(22.4%)(P=0.031);100.0% of the patients hoped to understand the disease,diagnosis,and therapy by explanations provide by specialists.Conclusion:The related knowledge of PCOS among the patients are deficient,even misunderstanding,which induces low compliance of treatment;health education of PCOS-related knowledge should be enhanced among the patients to improve therapeutic compliance and prevent long-term complications.
