| 摘 要： | 目的:观察单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂钠(GM1)联合中频电疗(MFE)治疗小儿脑瘫(CP)的临床效果。方法:将106例CP患儿随机分成观察组和对照组,每组53例,对照组给予物理治疗(PT)、作业治疗(OT)、语言治疗(ST)、引导式教育等传统康复治疗,观察组除给予以上传统康复治疗外,还加用GM1和MFE联合治疗。结果:观察组康复治疗效果明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:GM1联合MFE可明显提高CP患儿的康复治疗效果。

Clinical effect of monostalotetrahexosylgangliside with medium frequency electrotherapy on 106 children with cerebral palsy |

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe clinical effect of monostalotetrahexosylgangliside(GM1) with medium frequency electrotherapy(MFE) on children with cerebral palsy(CP).Methods:106 cases with CP were randomly divided into the observation and the control groups,each group of 53 cases.Patients in the control group were given the traditional rehabilitation therapy,such as physical therapy(PT),occupational therapy(OT),speech therapy(ST),conductive education,etc.Patients in observation group were given not only traditional rehabilitation treatments,but also combination with GM1 and MFE.Results:The rehabilitation treatment effect of observation group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:GM1 and MFE can obviously increase the rehabilitation effect of CP children. |
