摘    要:目的:探讨反复呼吸道感染(RRI)患儿与树突状细胞活性密切相关的细胞免疫及体液免疫功能指标的变化及其临床意义。方法:分别检测53例反复呼吸道感染患儿外周血CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8淋巴细胞亚群及免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA、IgM的含量变化,并和具可比性的36例健康儿进行对照研究。结果:RRI患儿CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8与对照组比均明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),CD8无明显变化(P>0.05);免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA含量显著性下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),IgM无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论:RRI患儿存在免疫功能失调,细胞免疫和体液免疫功能均有不同程度的下降,并可能与患儿的发病、病情转归、预后等有关,这些指标的变化可作为评价疗效的参考指标。进一步分析小儿RRI的树突状细胞活性变化可作为更全面研究小儿RRI的另一个有价值的角度。

Study on immune function of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection
Abstract:Objective:To explore the changes of functional indexes of cellular immunity and humoral immunity which are closely correlated with activity of dendritic cells in children with recurrent respiratory tract infection(RRI).Methods:The changes of CD3,CD4,CD4/CD8 ratio in lymphocytes subgroups and immunoglobulins IgG,IgA,IgM contents in 53 children with RRI were selected respectively,then the results were compared with those of 36 healthy children.Results:The contents of CD3 and CD4,the ratio of CD4/CD8 in RRI group were statistically significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05),there was no statistically significant difference in CD8 content between the two groups(P>0.05);the contents of IgG and IgA in RRI group were statistically significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05),there was no statistically significant difference in IgM content between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Immune dysfunction can be observed in children with RRI,cellular immunity and humoral immunity functions decrease in varying degrees,which may be correlated with onset,outcome,and prognosis of children with RRI,the changes of indexes can be used as reference indexes to evaluate curative effect.Further analyzing the change of activity of dendritic cells in children with RRI can provide a valuable aspect to comprehensively research RRI in children.
