双黄连颗粒与双黄连口服液治疗小儿风热症的临床疗效比较

目的:比较双黄连颗粒与双黄连口服液治疗小儿风热症的临床疗效。方法:将2011年7月～2012年3月门诊治疗的60例小儿风热症患儿随机分为双黄连颗粒组和双黄连口服液组各30例,观察两组的临床症状、体征。结果:双黄连颗粒组疾病中医证候的愈显率为93.33%,总有效率96.66%;退热的愈显率为80.00%,总有效率为96.67%。双黄连口服液组中医证候的愈显率为80.00%,总有效率为90.00%;退热的愈显率为70.00%,总有效率为90.00%。结论:两种双黄连制剂治疗小儿风热症的疗效确切,但双黄连颗粒组中医证候愈显率和总有效率以及退热疗效评价均优于双黄连口服液组。

Comparison of clinical effects of Shuanghuanglian granules and Shuanghuanglian oral solution for treatment of wind-heat syndrome in children

Objective:To compare the clinical effects of Shuanghuanglian granules and Shuanghuanglian oral solution for treatment of wind-heat syndrome in children.Methods:Sixty children with wind-heat syndrome who were treated in outpatient department of the hospital from July 2011 to March 2012 were randomly divided into Shuanghuanglian granules group and Shuanghuanglian oral solution group,30 children in each group;the clinical symptoms and signs in the two groups were observed.Results:In Shuanghuanglian granules group,the obviously effective rate and total effective rate of syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine were 93.33% and 96.66%,respectively;the obviously effective rate and total effective rate of abatement of fever were 80.00% and 96.67%,respectively.In Shuanghuanglian oral solution group,the obviously effective rate and total effective rate of syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine were 80.00% and 90.00%,respectively;the obviously effective rate and total effective rate of abatement of fever were 70.00% and 90.00%,respectively.Conclusion:Both Shuanghuanglian granules and Shuanghuanglian oral solution are effective for treatment of wind-heat syndrome in children,but the obviously effective rate and total effective rate of syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine and therapeutic evaluation of abatement of fever in Shuanghuanglian granules group are better than those in Shuanghuanglian oral solution group.
