摘    要:目的:探讨母体唾液酸(SA)对足月婴儿智能发育的影响。方法:用酶联免疫吸附法测定150例正常孕妇分别于妊娠(20±2)周、(32±2)周、足月静脉血及其新生儿脐血血清、产后3~4天与42天乳汁中的SA水平,对其婴儿于出生后3~4个月采用中国儿童发展中心制定的0~3岁婴幼儿智能发育量表(CDCC)进行评价,得出精神和运动发育指数(MDI和PDI)。结果:母血SA水平与孕周正相关;脐血SA水平显著低于母血,但与足月母血无相关性;脐血SA水平与婴儿MDI、PDI正相关,而足月母血SA水平与婴儿MDI、PDI无相关性。初乳SA水平显著高于成熟乳,两者均与婴儿MDI、PDI正相关。婴儿MDI、PDI与初乳的相关性高于成熟乳及脐血。结论:脐血、母乳SA水平与足月婴儿智能发育密切关系。

Effect of maternal sialic acid on intelligence development of normal term infants
Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of maternal sialic acid(SA) on intelligence development of normal term infants.Methods:ELISA was used to detect SA levels in venous blood samples of 150 normal pregnant women at(20±2) gestational week,(32±2) gestational weeks,at birth and umbilical cord serum of their neonates,at 3-4 days and 42 days after birth in breast milk;CDCC was used to evaluate the infants at 3-4 months after birth,then mental development index(MDI) and physical development index(PDI) were obtained.Results:SA level in maternal blood was positively correlated with gestational week;SA level in umbilical cord blood was significantly lower than that in maternal blood,but there was no correlation between SA level in umbilical cord blood and maternal blood of term infants;SA level in maternal blood was positively correlated with MDI and PDI of infants,but there was no correlation between SA level in maternal blood of term infants and MDI,PDI of infants.SA level in colostrum was significantly higher than that in mature milk,the levels of SA in colostrum and mature milk were positively correlated with MDI and PDI of infants.The correlations of MDI and PDI of infants with colostrum were higher than those with mature milk and umbilical cord blood.Conclusion:SA levels in umbilical cord blood and breast milk were closely correlated with intelligence development of term infants.
