摘 要: | 目的:研究转移相关基因1(MTA1)和stomatin-like protein 2(SLP-2)蛋白在宫颈鳞癌中的表达及相关性。方法:采用免疫组化法检测40例正常宫颈组织、25例宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)及40例宫颈鳞癌组织中MTA1和SLP-2蛋白的表达情况,并分析两种蛋白在宫颈病变级别中的相关性。结果:CIN与宫颈鳞癌组织中MTA1阳性表达均明显高于正常宫颈组织(P均<0.001),而SLP-2在正常宫颈上皮中阳性表达均明显高于CIN与宫颈鳞癌组织(P=0.007;P<0.001);MTA1和SLP-2蛋白的阳性表达在正常宫颈组织和宫颈癌中呈负相关(r=-0.540,-0.393;P=0.004,0.037),而在CIN中MTA1与SLP-2的阳性表达不存在关联性(P>0.05)。结论:MTA1过表达和SLP-2的低表达可能与宫颈鳞癌发生发展及生物学行为密切相关,两者存在负相关性,与宫颈癌预后的关系还有待进一步研究。

Expressions of MTA1 and SLP-2 and their correlation in cervical squamous cell carcinoma |

Abstract: | Objective:To research the expressions of metastasis-associated gene-1(MTA1) and stomatin-like protein 2(SLP-2) and their correlation in cervical squamous cell carcinoma(CSCC).Methods:The expression levels of MTA1 and SLP-2 in 40 cases with normal cervical tissue,25 patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN),and 40 patients with CSCC were detected by immunohistochemistry SP method,and their correlations in different cervical lesions were analyzed.Results:The positive expression rate of MTA1 in CIN group and CSCC group were statistically significantly higher than that in normal cervix group(P<0.001),but the positive expression rate of SLP-2 in normal cervix group was statistically significantly higher than those in CIN group and CSCC group(P=0.007,P<0.001);there were negative correlations between MTA1 positive expression rate and SLP-2 positive expression rate in normal cervix group and CSCC group(γ=-0.540,P=0.004;γ=-0.393,P=0.037),while in CIN group,there was no correlation(P>0.05).Conclusion:Over-expression of MTA1 and low expression of SLP-2 may be closely correlated with oncogenesis,development,and biological behaviors of CSCC,their is a negative correlation between MTA1 and SLP-2,their relationships with prognosis of CSCC need further studies. |
