新生儿溶血病临床换血的选择与疗效

目的:探讨新生儿溶血病(HDN)临床换血的选择及换血后的疗效。方法:对16例通过换血疗法治疗的HDN患儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:16例HDN患儿经过正确的血型血清学检测确诊后,合理选择血液输注均取得了良好疗效。结论:HDN确诊检测及正确选择血液能避免发生因血型不合引起的新生儿溶血病,进行换血治疗是改善患儿临床症状、促进患儿康复最直接有效的方法,从而降低了死亡率和致残率。

Selection and curative effect of clinical exchange transfusion for hemolytic disease of the newborn

Objective:To explore the selection and curative effect of clinical exchange transfusion for hemolytic disease of the newborn(HDN).Methods:The clinical data of 16 HDN neonates who were treated with exchange transfusion were analyzed retrospectively.Results:Sixteen HDN neonates were diagnosed definitely by correct blood type and serological detection,the curative effect of exchange transfusion was good.Conclusion:Definite diagnosis of HDN and selecting blood correctly can prevent HDN induced by blood group incompatibility,exchange transfusion is the most direct and effective method to improve clinical symptoms and promote rehabilitation of the neonates,which can reduce infantile mortality and disability rate.
