摘    要:目的]了解医疗机构医务人员食物中毒防治知识,以便采取措施防止食物中毒的漏报、误报。方法]2004年10~12月,对海安县24家医疗机构的医务人员进行调查。结果]调查99名医务人员,知道发生食物中毒时一定要报告的占92.93%,全部明确食物中毒报告责任人的占20.20%,知道发现食物中毒时应立即报告的占90.91%,知道食物中毒报告对象的占86.87%,知道食物中毒定义的占87.88%,知道食物中毒分类的占51.52%,知道食物中毒与传染病关系的占24.24%,知道食物中毒现场处理原则的占80.81%,知道对病人采取的措施的占90.91%,知道病人救治措施的占76.77%。结论]海安县医疗机构部分医务人员食物中毒防治知识掌握不够全面。

Abstract:Objective]To understand prevention and control knowledge of food poisoning among medical employees in medical institutions,in order to take measures to prevent missing and false report.Methods]Investigation was conducted among medical employees from 24 medical institutions from Oct to Dec,2004 in Haian county.Results]Of the 99 medical employees investigated,92.93% of them understood that the outbreak of food poisoning must be reported and 20.20% of them knew that they had the responsibility to give the report.90.91% of them knew that the outbreak of food poisoning must be reported immediately.86.87%,87.88%,51.52%,24.24%,80.81%,90.91% and 76.77% of them knew the report units,the definition of food poisoning,the classification,the relation of food poisoning to infectious disease,the treatment regulation on-the-spot,taking measure to the patients and treatment measure to the patients respectively.Conclusion]Prevention and control knowledge of food poisoning among medical employees in Haian county was not overall.
