对农村社区卫生服务与松散式卫生服务的调查

对农村卫生服务的调查，发现目前农村实行社区卫生服务的地区所占比例还比较少．大部分实行的是松散式卫生服务。这必然导致：一方面农村居民看病难、看病贵和就医不方便的问题得不到很好地解决；另一方面．农村卫生服务设施改善缓慢，卫生资源又得不到合理利用，乱办医、办医滥的现象时有发生。建议：各级政府加强对农村社区卫生服务行业管理，为农民提供就近方便、快捷和质优价廉的卫生服务。

The Investigation of Country Side Community medical Service and Loose-Style Medical Service

Through investigation on countryside medical service, it is found that the number of areas where community medical service realizes is relatively small whereas in most areas loose-style medical service is practiced.The result is that on the one side rural people still have difficulties in obtaining convenient and cheap service, on the other side the steps of improving medical devices are slow and medical resources cannot be reasonably utilized and chaos exists in medical service provision.It is suggested that all levels of governments should strengthen support and management of countryside medical service.Combining with the prevailing new-style Cooperation Medicare system , community medical service should be overall practiced and managed to provide conventient, quick and cheap service to rural people.
