脑超声波治疗＋康复护理对脑卒中后抑郁患者康复效果影响的临床研究

目的观察脑超声波治疗＋康复护理对脑卒中后抑郁患者康复的效果。方法360例脑卒中患者随机分为实验组与对照组，各180例。对照组采用常规治疗＋护理方法，治疗组在常规治疗和护理基础上加用超声波扫描脑血管治疗仪治疗。评价两组患者的抑郁程度及日常生活能力（ADL）。结果两组患者日常生活能力（ADL）随着疗程的延长，ADL评分逐渐提高，差异有统计学意义，P＜0．01。自第2疗程起，治疗组抑郁改善程度优于对照组，P〈0．01。结论脑超声波治疗和康复护理对脑卒中患者的功能恢复及抑郁症状改善有较好的效果。

Clinical research of treating post-stroke depression patients with cerebral ultrasound therapy and rehabilitation nursing

Objective To observe the clinical effect of ultrasound therapy combined with rehabilitation nursing in treating patients with stroke. Methods 360 cases of stroke were divided into two groups randomly （n=180 in each group）. The patients in the control group received traditional treatment and nursing, and those in the experimental group were cured with ultrasound therapy besides the traditional treatment. The severity of depression of the stroke patients was assessed by Hamilton rating scale for depression （HAMD）. Results The ability of daily life （ADL） scores of patients in two group were both improved when treatment was prolonged. However, the improvement of ADL scores in the experimental group was significantly superior to that in the control group from the second course （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Stroke patients treated with ultrasound therapy in addition to appropriate nursing care show a fast recovery with rehabilitation training.
