| 摘 要： | 蛋白Z是一种维生素K依赖性蛋白,作为蛋白Z依赖的蛋白酶抑制剂(ZPI)的辅因子,在磷脂和钙离子存在的条件下,能够抑制因子Xa,ZPI也能抑制因子Ⅺa.蛋白Z,ZPI与血栓性疾病中的关系已有初步研究.
