| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨酚妥拉明与多巴酚丁胺在肺心病重度心衰中的疗效。方法 对１１４例肺心病重度心衰患者，在综合治疗的基础上，应用酚妥拉明与多巴酚丁胺进行联合治疗。结果 职程结束后，治疗组总有效率为９２．１％，对照组为６７．０％。两组疗效有非常显著性差异（Ｐ〈０．０１），前者对心功能Ⅳ级有显著疗效，心功能改善时间显著缩短（Ｐ〈０．０５），且具有抗心律失常作用，对血压、心率有稳定（Ｐ〉０．０５）作用。结论 酚妥拉
