| 摘 要： | 1990年9月对武汉市某医科大学379名新生入学时进行了乙型肝炎（简称乙肝）病毒标志（HBVM）的血清学检查，结果：乙肝感染率为37.73％，HBsAg、HBeAg、HBcAb、HBeAb、HBsAb的单项阳性率分别为9.76％、1.06％、9.23％、1.32％和26.65％。1993年5月进行HBVM复查，总感染率32.72％，单项阳性率分别为10.29％、1.85％、10.23％、0.53％和19.26％。经有关传播因素的调查，乙肝感染与注射史、接触史等无明显联系。结果提示当前大学生中有1/3感染或感染过HBV，还有2／3的学生是HBV的易感者。建议加强对易感医学生进行乙肝疫苗免疫。

| Abstract: | A serum test for hepatitis B virus marker (HBVM) was conducted on 379 new enrollees in September,1990 in a medical university in Wuhan.The results were as fol lows:Infection rate of HB was 37.73 %.Single positive rates for HBsAg,HBeAb,HBcAb,HBeAg,HBsAb were 9.76 %,1.06 %,9.23 %,l.32 % and 26.65 %,respectively.A re peated test for HBVM was undertaken in May,1993 with an overall infection rate of 32.72 %,and single positive rates of 10.29%,1.85%,10.03%,0.53% and 19.26% for above meutioned antigens.The study failed to demonstrate any association between hepatitis B in fection and injection history,contact history,etc.And it is indicated that l/3 of currently enrolled university students are infected or were once infected,2/3 are susceptible to HBV.A stengthened vaccination programm against HB was suggested. |
