老年人颈动脉彩色多普勒超声的临床研究（附265例分析）

目的:探讨老年人颈动脉结构的彩色多普勒超声改变并评价其临床价值。方法:对265例老年人行颈动脉彩色多普勒超声检查。结果:265例老年人中发现颈动脉不同程度粥样硬化斑形成201例，发生率76％。脑梗塞、冠心病、高血压病、糖尿病患者粥样硬化斑明显，且与病变程度成正相关。结论:颈动脉彩色多普勒超声检查不仅可为心脑血管等病变提供有价值的指标，且对无症状动脉粥样硬化的检出和监测及早期预防和治疗同样具有重要的临床意义。

Clinical study of carotid in elderly people with color Doppler ultrasound

Objective To evaluate the clinical value of color Doppler ultrasound in the detection of the changes in the structure of carotid in elderly people.Methods Two hundred and sixty-five cases were examined by color Doppler ultrasound.Results Among 265 cases,201 cases had arteriosclerotic plaques in carotid arteries.The occurrence rate was 76%.Especially in the cases with cerebral stroke,coronary heart disease,hypertension and diabetes,atherosclerosis was found positively related to the degree of the pathological changes.Conclusion Not only some useful indications of pathological changes of heart and brain can be provided but also some arteriosclerosis without symptoms can be found with carotid artery sonographic examination,so that we can prevent and treat it early.
