| 摘 要： | 臂丛神经是人体周围神经最复杂的结构,在创伤中较为常见,而且致残率较高,大多需采用手术治疗.如何早期确诊臂丛神经病变是影像学研究的难题.本文通过对臂丛神经基础解剖结构及多种影像学的适用范围、特征进行综述,有助于臂丛神经损伤的术前准确的定位、定性,能更好地为临床术前诊断和术后疗效评价提供准确的影像学依据.
