| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨覆膜内支架在治疗食管癌术后吻合口瘘中的作用。方法：在电视透视下对5例食管癌术后吻合口瘘患者进行覆膜内支架置入。支架设计成双喇叭状，并上下两端超出瘘口至少3cm。结果：全部病例均置入成功，术后恢复正常进食。结论：覆膜内支架置入是治疗食管癌术后吻合口瘘有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the clinical effect of silicone-coated esophageal stent to treat postoperative anastomotic fistula after esophagogastrostomy due to esophageal cancel.Methods:The stents were implanted in 5 patients under fluoroscopic guidance.The both end portions of the stents were dilated and exceed the level of fistua 3cm at least.Results:All of the stents were implanted successfully.The patients can have full meal gradually.Conclusion: The implantation of esophageal stent is an effective mean in the management of anastomotic fistula after esophagogastrostomy for esophageal cancer. |
