非洛地平缓释片合用比索洛尔治疗原发性高血压临床观察

目的 :观察非洛地平缓释片合用比索洛尔治疗原发性高血压的降压疗效及安全性。方法 :182例原发性高血压分为 A组 (非洛地平缓释片合用比索洛尔组 )、B组 (非洛地平缓释片组 )、C组 (比索洛尔组 )三组。治疗 5周后 ,观察用药前后降压疗效、心率及不良反应。结果 :A组有效率 91.18% ,B组有效率 75 % ,C组有效率 74.14%。治疗 5周后 ,血压控制在 A组 17.88± 1.34 / 11.2 2± 0 .85 k Pa,B组 18.47± 1.2 5 / 11.5 2± 0 .86 k Pa;C组 18.39± 1.2 8/ 11.47± 0 .86 k Pa。副作用 :A组 4例 ,B组 12例 ,C组 11例。结论 :在原发性高血压治疗中非洛地平缓释片合用比索洛尔疗效明显优于非洛地平缓释片和比索洛尔单一用药 ,副作用明显减少 ,是安全高效的联合用药方法。

Clinic observation of felodipine-ER combined with bisoprolol in the the rapy of primary hypertension

Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of felodipine-ER and bisoprolol in treatment of primary hypertension.Methods:180 patiants with primary hypertensive were divided into the following three groups:A group(n=68) was felodipine-ER and bisoprold;B group(n=56) was single felodipine-ER;C group(n=58) was single bisoprolol.The effecacy heart rate and adverse reactions in the biochemical index were observed after 5 weeks of treatment.Results:The effective rate was 91.18 % in A group and 75 % in B group and in C group was 74.14 %.Bp was controlled to 17.88±1.34/11.22±0.85 kPa in A group and 18.39±1.28/11.47±0.86 kPa in B group and 18.47±1.25/11.52±0.86 kPa in C group.Adverse reations were 5.88 % in A and 21.43 % in B and 18.97 % in C group.Conclusion:The combined use of felodipine-ER and bisoprolol were better and safer than the simple use of felodipine-ER or bisoprolol in treatment of hypertension.
