摘    要:目的 探讨人参二醇组皂甙(PDS)治疗庆大霉素(GM)性肾损伤的机制.方法 建立GM性肾小管细胞损伤模型,MTT法观察PDS对肾小管细胞增殖的影响,生化法检测PDS对肾小管细胞内SOD、MDA含量的影响.结果 PDS可促进GM损伤肾小管细胞的增殖,显著降低MDA含量,提高SOD活性(P<0.05).结论 PDS可能通过促进肾小管细胞的增殖和抑制脂质过氧化反应,加快自由基的清除,从而减轻庆大霉素性肾小管损伤.

Abstract:Objective To clarify the mechanism of PDS in treating renal injury by GM. Methods The influence of PDS on the proliferation of renal tubular cells were observed by MTT staining method.The influence of PDS on SOD,MDA in renal tubular cells injured by GM were observed by biochemical method. Results The treatment of PDS promoted the proliferation of renal tubular cells injured by GM,obviously decreased the content of MDA and increased the activity of SOD. Conclusion PDS may promote the proliferation of renal tubular cells injured by GM,inhibit perioxide reaction,accelerate the elimination of OFR and then alleviate renal injury by GM.
