290例流浪精神病人临床特征分析

目的：探讨流浪精神病人的发病情况和临床特点。方法：对2004-2005年由南京市社会救助站送入我院的流浪精神病人290例进行调查分析。结果：流浪精神病人病种多、诊断难、病情重,症状以阴性症状为主,伴随躯体疾病多,疗效相对差,社会危害大。结论：对流浪精神病人应多方协作,加强管理及投入,促进病人康复,维护社会稳定。

A analysis of the clinical feature of 290 wandering mental disorder

Objective: To explore the clinical features and incidence of wandering mental disorder.Methods:290 wandering mental disorder were sent to our hospital by Nanjing social assistance stations,during 2004-2005,were investigated and analysed.Results: The characteristic of wandering mental disorder are multi-species,difficult to diagnose,serious,and dominated by negative symptoms,with multi-body disease.The relative efficacy of the disease is poor.This disease has brought great harm to society.Conclusions: To maintain social stability,patients should be treated by more cooperation,strengthen management,and need inputs for rehabilitation.
