| 摘 要： | Rho激酶抑制剂通过抑制钙敏化效应，抑制炎细胞的迁移和浸润，增加内皮型一氧化氮合成酶的表达等机制扩张冠状动脉血管，减少炎症介质的产生，促进一氧化氮生成，保护损伤心肌组织，抑制心室重构，从而达到改善心力衰竭的作用。现简要心力衰竭与Rho激酶抑制剂关系的研究进展。

| Abstract: | Rho-kinase inhibitors to restrain calcium sensitization effect, migration and infiltration of inflammatory cell, raise nitric oxide synthetase, expression and so on, achieve expand coronary artery, and decrease product inflammation, enhance nitric oxide production, protect injury cardiac muscle, inhibitor ventricles, reconstruction, achieve the improvement of heart failure. This article reviews the advancement of relation of Rho-kinase inhibitors and heart failure. |
