| 摘 要： | 目的:分析副舟骨痛综合征的X线平片、CT表现,提高对该病的认识。方法:28例(32足)经过典型临床表现及X线平片、CT证实的副舟骨痛综合征均摄患足常规正斜位片,其中12例摄双足对比,20例CT冠状位平扫。结果:软组织改变表现局部软组织隆起、肿胀24足;副舟骨改变表现硬化、增生、毛糙19足,囊变9足,碎裂3足;舟骨面硬化、增生、毛糙13足,副舟骨与舟骨融合4足,副舟骨与舟骨间隙增宽3足,舟骨肥大2足。结论:X线平片结合典型临床表现对副舟骨痛综合征可作出正确诊断,CT有重要补充价值。
