| 摘 要： | 目的本研究通过检测幽门螺杆菌(HP)感染和非感染胃癌组织中错配修复基因hMSH2蛋白的表达,探讨hMSH2基因在胃癌发生中的作用和HP致癌的可能机制。方法采用W S法对49例胃癌患者癌组织中HP感染情况进行检测;利用免疫组化方法检测49例胃癌患者癌组织中hMSH2的表达情况。结果29例HP感染阳性胃癌组织中,hMSH2基因蛋白表达阳性率(62.07%);20例HP感染阴性的胃癌中,hMSH2基因蛋白表达阳性率(100.00%),HP感染阳性胃癌组hMSH2基因蛋白表达阳性率与HP感染阴性组统计学分析有显著性差异。(P<0.05)结论hMSH2基因蛋白表达异常与胃癌发生有关;HP感染引起hMSH2基因蛋白表达阳性率降低可能是导致胃粘膜癌变的分子机制之一。

| Abstract: | Objective In order to investigate the expression of mismatch repair gene hMSH2 in gastric cancer and the possible mechanism of carcinogenesis caused by HP infection,we tested gastric cancer tissue with and without HP infection.Methods HP infection was determined with WS method to 49 stomach tissues;Immunohistochemistry staining was used to exam the expression of hMSH2 in 49 carcinoma tumor tissue.Results The positive rate of hMSH2 expression was 62.07% in 29 gastric carcinoma tumor tissue with HP infection grape;while the positive rate of hMSH2 expression was 100% in 20 gastric carcinoma tumor tissue without HP.There were significant differences between the two grapes.(P<0.05).Conclusions The expression of hMSH2 is associated with carcinogenesis of stomach cancer;HP infection iducing low expression of hMSH2 may be one of molecular mechanisms by which HP infection leads to stomach cancer. |
