甘露醇性急性肾功能衰竭的探讨与防治

目的 :探讨临床应用甘露醇引起急性肾功能衰竭的机制及透析疗法在抢救急性肾功能衰竭的作用。方法 :总结继往甘露醇引起急性肾功能衰竭的 11例病人应用甘露醇的量、时间、血浆渗透压差变化以及不同救治方法对愈后影响的差异。结果 :引起急性肾功能衰竭甘露醇的平均用量为110 0g ,用药时间平均 4 .8d ,平均血浆渗透压差 77.4mosm/kg·水。 11例病人中 5例应用透析疗法全部存活。结论 :血浆渗透压差的监测可有效地预防急性肾功能衰竭的发生。对发生急性肾功能衰竭病人应用透析疗法可提高治愈率

Study and prevent on acute renal failure that is induced by mannitol

Objective:To research the mechanism of acute renal failure (ARF) by using mannitol and the function of rescuing ARF with dialysis .Methods: To summarize the difference of resulet in eleven ARF patients caused by mannitol ,through monitor the dosage and the duration of using mannitol ,the average of serum osmolality and vary medicance .Results: We observe that the average dosage of mannitol is 1100g ,the average time of using mannitol is 4.8 days ,the average serume osmolatily is 77.4mOsm/kg H 2O.Five cases of eleven patients all survive by dialysis .Conclusion:Monitoring the serum osmolality can prevent ARF .The dialysis can mprove the cure rate of ARF.
