热带海域岛礁环境对守礁军人自测健康的影响

目的了解热带海域岛礁环境对守礁军人自测健康的影响。方法采用“自测健康评定量表（SRHMS V1．0）”对某部241名军人在守礁前期、中期、后期进行现场问卷调查。结果守礁后期的军人在生理健康、心理健康中正向情绪，社会健康中社会资源与社会接触方面，自测健康与前期存在显著差异（P〈0．05），尤其是已婚军人（P〈0．01）；守礁中期的已婚军人在社会健康、自测健康方面与前期也有显著差异（P〈0．05）。结论热带海域岛礁环境对守礁军人的自测健康（主要是生理健康、社会健康）有不利影响，尤其是守礁时间长、已婚的军人。

The influence of island-reef environment on the self-rated health status of troops stationing in tropical water island-reefs

Objective To study the influence of island-reef environment on the self-rated health status of troops stationing in tropical water island-reefs. Methods Altogether 241 members of the selected troops were investigated by means of self-rated health evaluation scale (SRHMS V1. 0) during the prophase, metaphase, and anaphase of stationing. Results Significant difference in physical health, positive emotion of psychosocial health, social resource and social contact of social health and self-rated health was noted between the prophase and the anaphase (P<0.05) , especially in the married servicemen (P<0.01) ; and significant difference in social health and self-rated health was also noted between the metaphase and prophase in the married servicemen ( P < 0. 05 ). Conclusions The island-reef environment was adverse to the self-rated health (mostly physical health and social health) of servicemen stationing in tropical water island-reefs, especially in married servicemen and in those stationing in island-reefs for long time.
