| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨微创经皮肾穿刺取石术在输尿管上段结石治疗中的疗效。方法:对45例输尿管上段结石病人采取微创经皮肾穿刺取石术治疗,并进行回顾性分析。结果:45例患者均一期取石成功,结石清除率100%。平均手术时间60min,术中估计出血量平均50ml,平均术后住院4.8d,无严重并发症发生。结论:微创经皮肾穿刺取石术疗效佳,损伤小,安全性较高,可作为治疗输尿管上段结石的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective ： To evaluate the effect of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy （MPCNL）in treatment of upper ureteral calculi. Methods：A restrospective investigation was performed on 45 cases suffering from upper ureteral calculi,who were treated with MPCNL. Results：All the 45 （100%）were rendered stone-free at one-stage session. The average operation time was 60 minutes, estimated blood loss volume was 50ml, and the average hospitalization 4. 8 was days . No obvious complications were observed. Conclusion： MPCNL for upper ureteral calculi has advantages of high achievement ratio,less trauma , and satisfactory reliability. It is a highly efficient procedure in treatment of upper ureteral calculi. |
