免钉合补片腹腔镜疝修补术治疗成人腹股沟疝的效果分析

目的分析免钉合补片腹腔镜疝修补术治疗成人腹股沟疝的效果。方法选取2012年1月-2012年6月于我院住院治疗的38例腹股沟疝成人患者为研究对象,全部对象采取免钉合补片腹腔镜疝修补术,并在术后对患者进行追踪观察,分析疗效和预后。结果全部对象手术效果良好,各类手术并发症共3例,点总例数6.7%,患者均痊愈出院;随访观察全部患者近半年,未发生复发及手术区慢性疼痛等其他并发症。结论采用免钉合补片腹腔镜疝修补术能够在保证安全的情况下,减轻患者疼痛,手术并发症少,简单易行。

The analysis of the effect of free stapling patch laparoscopic hernia repair in the treatment of adult inguinal hernia

Objective To analyze the effect of free stapling patch laparoscopic hernia repair in the treatment of adult inguinal hernia.Methods 38 cases of inguinal hernia in adult patients in our hospital from June 2010to December 2011 were chosen as the research object.All objects were taken with the free the stapling patch laparoscopic hernia repair and they were taken with tracking observation after surgery.The efficacy and prognosis were taken for analysis.Results The effect of surgery for patients with free stapling supplement tablets laparoscopic hernia repair objects was good.The complications of all kinds were three cases,accounted 6.7% in the total cases,and the patients were cured.38 patients were followed up for nearly six months,and there was no recurrence and surgical chronic pain and other complications.Conclusion According to the clinical efficacy and postoperative tracking observation,the using of stapling Free supplement tablets laparoscopic hernia repair can ensure the safety and reduce pain,it is simple and with less complications.
