培美曲塞二线治疗非小细胞肺癌的疗效评价

目的:观察培美曲塞单药二线治疗晚期复发或进展非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效及不良反应。方法:经病理学或细胞学确诊、一线化疗后出现复发或进展的晚期非小细胞肺癌患者50例,治疗方案为培美曲塞二钠500mg·m-2,第1天给药,21d为1个周期,完成2个周期以上化疗后评价疗效和不良反应。结果:治疗有效率为8.0%(4/50),疾病控制率为76.0%(38/50),1年生存率为55.3%(26/47),中位生存期为12.5个月,中位无进展生存期为2.1个月。主要不良反应为肝功能损伤、皮疹、骨髓抑制。结论:培美曲塞单药二线治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效较好,不良反应较轻。

Therapeutic Efficacy Evaluation of Pemetrexed in the Second-line Treatment of Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

OBJECTIVE:To analyze clinical efficacy and adverse drug reaction of pemetrexed in the second-line treatment of advanced recurrent or progressive non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).METHODS:Confirmed by pathology or cytology,fifty patients with advanced recurrent or progressive NSCLC after first-line chemotherapy were enrolled and given pemetrexed 500 mg·m-2 on the first day,repeated every 3 weeks.The chemotherapy efficacy and adverse events were evaluated after 2 cycles.RESULTS:The overall response rate(RR) was 8.0%(4/50),the disease control rate(DCR) was 76.0%(38/50),one year survival rate was 55.3%(26/47),the median overall survival(OS) was 12.5 months and the median progression-free survival was 2.1 months.The common adverse drug reactions were hepatic damage,rash and myelosuppression.CONCLUSION:Pemetrexed has good efficacy and slight side effect in the second-line treatment of NSCLC.
