丁苯酞治疗缺血性脑梗死的临床分析

目的探讨和分析丁苯酞（恩必普）治疗缺血性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法将我院2009年3月～2011年2月收治的60例急性脑梗死患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例，对照组采用阿司匹林和复方丹参注射液治疗，观察组在此基础上加用丁苯酞治疗，观察和对比两组患者在14d、28d的NIHSS评分和Barthel指数，分析治疗中的不良反应。结果两组患者在14d、28d的NIHSS评分、Barthel指数均比治疗前好转，观察组明显好于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。治疗过程中药物对患者心率、呼吸、脉搏、血压等无明显的影响。结论丁苯酞（恩必普）治疗缺血性脑梗死疗效显著，安全可靠，副作用少，值得在临床进一步推广应用。

Clinical analysis of butylphthalide in treatment of ischemic cerebral infarction

Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical effects of butylphthalide(Enbipu) in the treatment of ischemic cerebral infarction.Methods Sixty patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from March 2009 to February 2011 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with aspirin and compound Danshen injection while the observation group was given additional butylphthalide on the basis of the control group.The NIHSS score and the Barthel index on the 14th day and the 28th day were compared between the observation group and the control group.Adverse reactions occurring in the treatment were analyzed.Results The NIHSS score and the Barthel index on the 14th day and the 28th day of the two groups all improved compared to those before the treatment and the observation group was superior to the control group,with significant differences(P < 0.05).In the treatment,the drugs had no significant effects on the heart rate,respiration,pulse,blood pressure,etc.Conclusion Butylphthalide(Enbipu) is effective,safe and reliable and shows few side effects in the treatment of ischemic cerebral infarction,thereby worthy of further clinical promotion and application.
