参麦注射液联合维生素C治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎的疗效及对血肌钙蛋白T的影响

目的:探讨参麦注射液联合维生素C对小儿病毒性心肌炎的疗效及其对血肌钙蛋白T(cTnT)的影响。方法:选择我院2008年1月-2010年6月期间收治的120例小儿病毒性心肌炎患者,随机分为2组,对照组62例,采用绝对卧床休息、抗心律失常、抗病毒、营养心肌代谢药物等综合治疗;观察组58例,在对照组的基础上采用参麦注射液+维生素C治疗。2组疗程均为2周。观察2组的临床疗效,并在治疗前、后测定cTnT。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率(89.65%)明显高于对照组(67.74%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组治疗后cTnT水平均显著低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组cTnT比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组显著低于对照组。2组均未见明显不良反应发生。结论:参麦注射液联合维生素C治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎效果良好,并可能通过影响血中cTnT的变化而发挥作用。

Therapeutic Efficacy of Shenmai Injection Combined with Vitamin C in the Treatment of Viral Myocarditis in Children and the Change of cTnT

OBJECTIVE:To discuss the therapeutic efficacy of Shenmai injection combined with vitamin C in the treatment of viral myocarditis in children,and to observe its related mechanism.METHODS:The clinical information of 120 children with viral myocarditis from Jan.2008 to Jun.2010 was retrospectively analyzed.They were randomly divided into 2 groups.62 cases in control group were treated with bed rest,anti-arrhythmia,antiviral,myocardial nutritional metabolism drug and so on.58 cases in observation group were additionally given Shenmai injection and vitamin C on the basis of control group for a treatment course of 2 weeks.The therapeutic efficacy was observed and the change of cTnT was determined before and after treatment.RESULTS:The total effective rate of observation group(89.65%) was obviously higher than that of control group(67.74%),the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).The level of cTnT was obviously decreased after treatment in the same group,the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the difference of cTnT had statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no ADR found in 2 groups.CONCLUSION:Shenmai injection combined with vitamin C is effective in the treatment of pediatric viral myocarditis and achieves good effect by affecting the change of cTnT.
