前路减压植骨内固定术治疗胸腰段脊柱爆裂骨折的临床疗效观察

目的探讨前路减压植骨内固定术对胸腰段脊柱爆裂骨折的临床疗效。方法将患者随机分为A、B两组,其中A组57例,行前路减压植骨内固定术,B组54例,行后路减压植骨内固定术,观察两组患者的短期手术效果以及中长期并发症发生情况。结果两组患者在短期手术效果上无统计学差异(P>0.05)。但在0.5～1.5年的回访中发现,A组并发症发生率(5.26%)明显低于B组(22.22%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前路减压术在治疗胸腰段脊柱爆裂骨折上具有恢复良好且并发症少的优点。

Clinical Therapeutic Effect Observations of Anterior Decompression Bone Graft Internal Fixation Technique in Thoracolumbar Burst Fractures Treatment

Objective To investigate the effect of anterior decompression bone graft internal fixation technique in thoracolumbar burst fractures therapy.Methods Two different operation methods were used in two groups.57 cases of group A were taken anterior decompression technique,and 54 cases of group B were taken posterior decompression technique.And then we observe the difference between two methods of short and mid-long effect.Results The two groups had no difference in short time effect(P>0.05),but during the 0.5~1.5 years visiting return,we found the complication incidence of anterior decompression(5.26%)was lower than posterior decompression(22.22%) apparently(P<0.05).Conclusion Anterior decompression technique has the advantages of better restoration and lower complication in the thoracolumbar burst fracture treatment.
