1057例不良孕产史患者细胞遗传学分析

目的:探讨不良孕产史夫妇染色体变化的有关特点和意义。方法:对1057例有自然流产、胚胎停育或生育畸形儿史患者进行外周血进行淋巴细胞培养,G显带染色体核型分析。结果:1057例患者中发现染色体核型异常88例,异常率8.33%。结论:染色体异常是导致不良生育的重要原因之一,所以对有不良生育史的患者进行染色体检查十分必要,有利于对优生优育进行指导。

Cytogenectical analysis of 1075 patients with abnormal child-bearing history

Objective:To investigate the relationship s between the recrudescence abortion and chromosome aberration.Methods:Chromosomal karyotypes of 1 057 patients with spontaneous abortion or embryo growth ceasing or with bearing malformation child history was analyzed by using G-banding after culture of periphery blood lymphocyte.Results:Out of the 1 057 patients with abnormal child-bearing history abnormal chromosomal karyotypes were detected in 88 patients,accounted for 8.33%.Conclusions:Chromosomal abnormalities is one of the the important factors leading to the abnormal child-bearing.It is necessary to examine cromosomal karyotypes in pregnant women with abnormal child-bearing history for bearing and rearing better children.
