彩色多普勒超声诊断颈动脉粥样硬化斑块

目的评价彩色多普勒超声对颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的诊断价值.方法应用彩色多普勒超声检测71例疑颈动脉病变者,测量动脉内径、内-中膜厚度,了解斑块部位及形态特征,观察管腔血流充盈情况及测量血流速度.结果 71例中有颈动脉粥样硬化斑块形成者48例,检出率为67.61%.颈动脉粥样硬化斑块好发生于颈动脉分叉处,以硬斑多见,左侧略高于右侧.结论彩色多普勒超声是诊断颈动脉粥样硬化斑块准确有效的方法.

The diagnostic of carotid atherosclerosis plague by color doppler flow imaging

Objective To study the diagnostic value of color doppler flow imaging of carotid Atherosclerosis plaque. Methods The carotid arteries of 71 cases were examined by color doppler flow imaging .The diameter of carotid and arterial intima-media thickness was measured. We also examined place and characteristics of the plaque,observed blood flow imaging and measured blood flow velocity. Results Forty-eight cases had carotid arteriosclerotic plaques ,the occurrence rate was 67.61%. Carotid atherosclerosis plaques were more common in the bifurcation, especially in the left side.Conclusion Color doppler flow imaging is an important accurate method in detection of carotid atherosclerosis plaques.carotidath
