| 摘 要： | 目的观察通心络联合奥拉西坦在轻度认知障碍（MCI）治疗中的疗效。方法采用前瞻性病例对照研究,对48例老年MCI患者随机分为2组,对照组23例采用奥拉西坦治疗方案,联合组25例在奥拉西坦基础上加用通心络,分析2组治疗前后综合认知功能及计算能力、空间功能、单纯语言功能、单纯注意或执行功能等的变化,并观察阿尔茨海默病（AD）发生率。结果 2组治疗前各项指标差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;治疗后联合组综合认知功能及计算能力、空间功能、单纯语言功能等均明显提高（P〈0.05）,对照组治疗前后比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;联合组优于对照组（P〈0.05）。随访1年,联合组发生AD 1例（4.0%）,对照组发生AD 3例（13.0%）,2组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论联合应用通心络及奥拉西坦治疗轻度认知障碍,可改善MCI患者的认知障碍,并能降低MCI向AD的几率。
