异体真皮对复合皮功能重建的作用研究

摘    要:目的 :探讨异体真皮对复合皮功能重建的作用。方法 :大鼠动物模型分为两组。组 1,在大鼠背部创面移植自体角朊细胞膜片 (CKS) ;组 2 ,在大鼠背部创面重叠移植异体真皮和自体CKS。小香猪动物模型分三组 :A组为异体普通乳猪真皮 +成年小香猪自体表皮皮片 ;B组为异体成年真皮 +成年小香猪自体表皮皮片 ;C组为成年小香猪自体表皮皮片。术后观察皮片的存活质量及组织学变化。结果 :大鼠中 ,组 1质地及组织学结构欠佳 ,且太薄易破溃和收缩。组 2不仅移植物成活好 ,且质地、组织结构、创面收缩及抗磨损等方面均优于组 1。小香猪组中 ,根据皮片的成活率、收缩率、瘢痕增生和组织结构的完整性等情况进行综合分析 ,皮片质量的优劣依次是A组 ,B组 ,C组。结论 :异体真皮的存在能显著改进复合皮移植的质量

Abstract:Objective: Exploring the allogenic dermis's role in reconstructing function of composite skin. Methods: Rats were divided into two groups: Group I. Open wounds were created on back and grafted with auto cultured keratinocyte sheet(CKS) only; GroupⅡ. The wounds were grafted with allo dermis composite skin composed of auto CKS overlaid on Wistar rat's dermis. There were three groups among swines, Group A is to graft allogenic dermis of sucking swine and autologous epidermis flap; Group B is to graft allogenic dermis of adult swine and autologous epidermis flap; Group C is to graft autologous epidermis flap.The flaps were observed and tissue was obtained for histological study. Results: In group I, the "take" of the grafts was poor, and many of the resurfaced wounds were unstable and resulted in severe contraction. IN Group Ⅱ,skin appeared to retard contraction, as well as satisfactory stability and mechanical quality. Among swines,according to the survival rate contractive rate scar forming and histology,the result in Group A is best, and that in Group C is worst. Conclusion: Allogenic dermis can improve the composite skin' quality.
