《本草图经》所引张仲景医书佚文考

宋·唐慎微《证类本草》中收载的苏颂《本草图经》中,曾引录张仲景佚文48条,均系未经宋臣校定的佚文。分析可知苏颂所见张仲景医书至少有两类传本,一类兼含伤寒、杂病内容,很可能是古本《伤寒杂病论》或王洙发掘的《金匮玉函要略方》;另一类专论杂病,有可能是宋臣校正《金匮要略方》的基础。另据《本草图经》引文中的文字特点,以及该书转引其他来源仲景佚文中有今本《伤寒论》、《金匮要略》中未载内容,推测苏颂所参底本可能早于唐高宗李治之时,比宋臣校改的仲景医书底本更加古老。

Textual research on the lost texts of Zhang Zhongjing''s medical book cited by Bencao Tujing (Illustrated Classics of Materia Medica )

Among the 48 entries of Zhang Zhongjing's lost texts, cited by Su Song's Bencao Tujing (Illustrated Classics of Materia Medica), which are collected in Jing Shi Zheng Lei Beiji Bencao (Classified Materia Medica from Historical Classics for Emergency) written by Tang Shenwei in the Song Dynasty, all these entries were not revised by the officials of the Song Dynasty. Analysis of these quotations shows that the versions of Zhang Zhongjing's medical book consulted by Su Song were of two kinds. One version contained both exopathogenic cold and miscellaneous diseases which is rather likely the ancient version of Shanghan Zabing Lun (Treatise on Cold Pathogenic and Miscellaneous Disease) or Jinkui Yuhan Yaolue Fang (Formularies of Golden Chamber in Jade) found by Wang Zhu. The other version was the one that discussed the miscellaneous diseases exclusively, which is most likely the source book used by the officials in the Song Dynasty to revise Jingui Yaolue (Synopsis of Golden Chamber). Based on the literal features of the cited in Bencao Tujing, and the lost texts of Zhang Zhongjing from other medical books that are not seen in current versions of Shanhan Lun (Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Disease) and Jingui Yaolue, it can be deduced that the source book used by Su Song for consultation might be the one that appeared earlier than that in the reign of Li Zhi, Gaozong Emperor of the Tang Dynasty, or even earlier than that used by the Song officials when revising Zhang's medical book.
