| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨对中期妊娠引产过程中加米非司酮,对加速其产程,缩短腹痛的时间,减少出血量。方法:回顾性分析进行的终止孕16～27周的孕妇891例。结果:试验组完全流产率(100%)高于对照组(88.7%),试验组的出现明显腹痛时间与胎儿平均排出时间均比对照组短,试验组的产后出血量(100±32)ml比对照组的产后出产量(190±68)ml明显减少。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)结论:米非司酮在终止中期妊娠中的应用是可行的。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the process of mid-pregnancy abortion increases mifepristone,to accelerate its production processes,shorten the time of abdominal pain,reduce the amount of bleeding.Methods Retrospective analysis yuan and hospitals in the termination of pregnancy for 16 to 27 weeks pregnant 891 cases.Results The test group complete abortion rate(100%) was higher than that of the control group(88.7%),the test group appeared obvious pain time and fetal mean transit time than those in the control group,the test group of postpartum hemorrhage(100± 32)ml than the control group for postnatal yield(190±68)ml decreased obviously.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Mifepristone mid-pregnancy termination in the application is feasible. |
