低分子肝素钙联合氯吡格雷对肺心病急性加重期血液高凝状态及心肺功能的影响

目的探讨低分子肝素钙联合氯吡格雷对肺心病急性加重期血液高凝状态及心肺功能的影响。方法将120例肺心病急性加重期患者随机分入对照组与观察组,两组患者均给予肺心病常规治疗,给予对照组低分子肝素钙皮下注射,观察组患者低分子肝素钙联合氯吡格雷治疗,比较两组血液高凝状态及心肺功能的改变。结果治疗后观察组血液流变学指标显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组每搏量(SV)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、心输出量(CO)均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组第1秒用力呼气量(FEVl)、肺活量(V)以及呼气流量峰值(PEF)明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论低分子肝素钙联合氯吡格雷治疗可显著改善肺心病急性加重期血液高凝状态,改善患者心肺功能,提高患者生活质量。

Study on effect of low molecular weight heparin calcium combined with clopidogrel on hypercoagulability and cardiopulmonary function in patients with cor pulmonale in acute exacerbation stage

Objective To explore the effect of low molecular weight heparin calcium combined with clopidogrel in treatment of patients with cor pulmonale in acute exacerbation stage.Methods One hundred and twenty cases of cor pulmonale in acute exacerbation stage were randomly divided into control group and trial group with 60 cases in each group.Patients in control group received low molecular weight heparin calcium hypodermic injection and patients in trial group were given with low molecular weight heparin calcium combined with clopidogrel.Hypercoagulability and cardiopulmonary function were examined and compared between these two groups.Results Blood rheological indices in patients of trial group after treatment were superior to those of controls（P0.05）.SV,LVEF and cardiac output（CO） of patients in trial group were much higher than those of controls（P0.05）;FEV1,V and PEF of patients in trial group were better than those of controls,and their difference was significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Low molecular weight heparin calcium combined with clopidogrel in treatment of patients with cor pulmonale in acute exacerbation stage can significantly improve the hypercoagulability and cardiopulmonary function,and it can raise the life quality of these patients.
