慢性萎缩性胃炎的诊断及中西医结合治疗

目的 探讨慢性萎缩性胃炎的诊断及中西医治疗的临床效果.方法 将收治的64例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,两组均采用胃镜、病理诊断及中医诊断.对照组给予西医抗幽门螺杆菌治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上,根据中医分型诊断加用中药治疗.分析两组诊断及治疗效果.结果 本组64例患者,经胃镜诊断55例.中医分型诊断脾胃湿热型16例,胃络瘀阻型14例,肾阴不足型12例,脾胃虚弱型12例,肝气犯胃型10例.对照组总有效率71.9%.观察组总有效率93.8%.两组总有效率经统计学分析,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 采用中西医结合治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎,疗效优于单纯西药治疗,不良反应少,使用方便,值得临床推广应用.

Study on diagnosis and efficacy of treatment for atrophic gastritis with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine

Objective To explore the diagnosis of chronic atrophic gastritis and efficacy of treatment with integrated Chinese and western medicine.Methods Sixty four patients with chronic atrophic gastritis admitted in this hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,patients in these two groups were examined by gastroscopy,pathological examination of biopsy and diagnosis with traditional Chinese medicine.Patients in control group were applied with antibiotics against Helicobacter pylori,and patients in observation group were additionally treated by traditional Chinese medicine with syndrome differentiation.The efficacy of treatment in these two groups was analyzed and compared.Results The group of 64 patients,55 cases diagnosed by endoscopy.All these patients were diagnosed with syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine,16 cases were classified as splenogastric hydropyrexia type,14 cases as stomach and winding resistance type,12 cases as renal yin deficiency type,12 cases as splenogastric asthenia type and 10 cases as hepatic qi attacking stomach type.The rate of total effectiveness in patients of control group was 71.9% and the rate of total effectiveness in patients of observation group was 93.8%.The difference in total effectiveness between these two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis is better than western medicine therapy with fewer side effects and easy to be applied,and it is worthy to be recommended for clinical application.
