剖宫产术同时行肌瘤剔除术90例临床观察

目的:探讨妊娠合并子宫肌瘤的治疗方法。方法:选取180例妊娠合并子宫肌瘤患者,随机分为观察组与对照组各90例,观察组实行剖宫产术同时行肌瘤剔除术,对照组单纯实行剖宫产术,对比分析术中及术后情况。结果:研究组比对照组手术时间延长、术中出血量多,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后24 h阴道出血量、术后住院时间及恶露干净时间等指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。产后42 d复诊,剖宫产术同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术的患者,子宫大小均恢复正常。结论:如果病例适当,有适应证,剖宫产同时行子宫肌瘤剔除术是安全可行的。

Clinical Observation of 90 cases of cesarean myomectomy

Objective To investigate the methods of myomectomy performed during cesarean section on pregnancy with uterine fibroid.Methods The 180 cases of pregnancy with uterine fibroid patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each of 90 cases,The observation group take myomectomy during the cesarean section.The control group only take cesarean section,Comparative analysis of intraoperative and postoperative condition.Results Between observation group and control group.There was significant difference in operating time and intraoperative bleeding(P<0.05),There was no significant difference vaginal hemorrhage in 24 h after operation,postoperative hospital stay and lochia period(P>0.05),Further consultation 42 days after operation of myomectomy during cesarean section showed the size of uterus got back.Conclusion Myomectomy during cesarean section is safe and feasible for appropriate cases.
