| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨微创技术在小儿疝手术中的应用。方法:采用微小切口经腹股沟管疝囊高位结扎术治疗小儿疝120例。结果:术程均顺利,手术时间30～60 min,平均45 min,伤口不需缝合,术后1～3 d出院。结论:微创技术在小儿疝手术中的应用具有创伤小、痛苦轻、恢复快、外观美、费用低等特点,值得在临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective Of minimally invasive techniques in pediatric hernia surgery.Methods A tiny incision through the inguinal canal hernia sac ligation treatment of children with hernia of 120 cases.Results Processes are successful surgery,operative time 30～60 min,an average of 45 min,the wound without suture,was discharged after 1～3 d.Conclusion Minimally invasive techniques in pediatric hernia surgery with less trauma,less pain,faster recovery,beautiful appearance,and low cost should be in clinical practice. |
