| 摘 要： | 目的:观察急性脑梗死患者并发心律失常的情况。方法:对106例急性脑梗死患者及92例健康体检者进行动态心电图检查或心电监测,比较两组心律失常发生率,并分析心律失常发生率、类型及其与脑梗死的关系。结果:106例急性脑梗死患者各种心律失常总检出率为67.9%;92例健康体检者各种心律失常总检出率为31.5%。结论:急性脑梗死患者各种心律失常的发生率远高于正常人,建议对脑梗死患者常规行动态心电图检查或心电监护,并及早施行心脏保护措施。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the incidence of arrhythmia in patients with acute brain infarction.Method Dynamic electrocardiogram recordings were performed on 106 patients with acute brain infarction and the normals to contrast the incidence rate,to analyze the relationship between incidence rate and types of arrhythmia and acute brain infarction meanwhile.Results Totle detection rate of various arrhythmia in patients with acute brain infarction was 67.9%,and totle detection rate of various arrhythmia in the normals was 31.5%.Conclusion The patients with acute brain infarction have a higher detection rate of arrhythmia than normals.The dynamic electrocardiogram recordings or electrocardiographic monitoring should be taken conventionally and the therapy of arrhythmia should be taken as soon as possible for the protection of heart. |
