剖宫产切口感染相关因素分析及预防对策

目的探讨剖宫产切口感染的相关因素及预防措施。方法比较50例剖宫产切口感染产妇与同期50例无切口感染的产妇年龄、体质指数、合并其他疾病、切口长度、手术时间、阴道检查和肛诊次数等方面上的差异。结果切口感染组体质量指数(24.98±1.12)kg/m2、合并其他疾病24.00%、阴道检查和肛诊(3.19±1.08)次、手术时间(1.02±0.12)h高于无切口感染组的(23.24±0.94)kg/m2、6.00%、(1.60±2.07)次、(0.69±0.11)h(P<0.05),是引起切口感染的相关因素,两组年龄、切口长度比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论剖宫产切口感染是多因素作用的结果,应针对上述因素采用针对性预防对策。

Clinical study on incision infection related factors in patients with cesarean section and its countermeasures

Objective To explore incision infection related factors during cesarean section and its preventive measures.Methods Clinical data including age,body mass index,complications,length of incisions,operating time,and times for vaginal and anal examination of 50 cases with incision infection after cesarean section were compared with those of 50 cases of postpartum women without incision infection at the same period.Results In patients of incision infection group,body mass index was 24.98±3.53 kg/m2,the rate of complications was 24.00%,and times for vaginal and anal check were 3.19±1.08 times,operating time was 1.02±0.12 h,they were higher than those of patients in incision without infection group（with body mass index 23.24±0.94 kg/m2,rate of complications 6.00%,vaginal and anal check 1.60±2.07 times and operating time 0.69±0.11 h）（P0.05）,and all these were incision infection related factors.There was no significant difference in age and length of incision（P0.05） between these two groups.Conclusion The related factors for incision infection after cesarean section are multiple,and countermeasures for prevention should be targeted to above mentioned factors.
